Qango Redevelopment

I have put together a plan of action for rebuilding Qango after the server collapse and have decided to close the smaller Qango directories for the foreseeable future and to hand over ad-sales to a third party. I've done this so I can concentrate on redeveloping the main directory at www.qango.com
Please remove any links you may have to the following directories:

Apologies for any inconvenience and I will direct each of the sites to the relevant main categories at www.qango.com in due course. Any Guaranteed Site Reviews purchased for the smaller directories will be translated to appropriate links in the main directory as a priority.
Qango Chat Forums are now back online in a basic form. I lost all of the user data so you will need to reregister.
Qango Help is now updated and online.
Qango Info is now complete and online.

Qango Help is now updated and back online. The main directory development is coming along nicely and I anticipate being able to relaunch Qango very soon. There are some finer details that need attention before I release it, but this shouldn't take more than a few days. I expect to be able to relaunch by the beginning of next week. |

The testing of the new directory has gone well and everything appears to be working as expected. I am now in the process of building the main categories, and adding the previous Guaranteed Site Review links. I hope to open the new directory within the next 14 days and will post an announcement when it is ready. |

The main directory is now rebuilt in a basic form and I will be testing over the weekend to ensure everything works okay. Once I am confident that everything is working properly I will add the main categories back in to Qango and insert the site links for those who purchased a Guaranteed Site Review. There are some changes to the layout that I hope will make Qango easier to use than before, and a few new features as a result of the software upgrade. I'll report on the testing after the weekend and let you know when I plan to relaunch Qango. |

I have taken a week off from my regular job to rebuild Qango. The upgraded directory software in installed and I have begun redesigning and rebuilding. I hope to have to major work finished by the end of this week and will begin testing to iron out any bugs. There will be a few changes from the old Qango directory layout and operation, and I will post a list of the main ones when I'm ready to relaunch. |
