Free Email Service Problems
It has come to our attention that our free email service, provided by Everyone.net, has not been working correctly.
We are aware of the problem and are taking steps to return the service to normal as quickly as possible, but it may take us a few days to pin-down where the error is occurring as the service crosses the boundaries of several servers both here at Qango and also at Everyone.net.
Email sent to users who have a free email account, that is email addressed to anyone@mail.qango.com, is currently being returned (bounced-back) to the sender with a notice of failure to deliver. Once we have corrected the problem, normal mail delivery should resume.
This should not affect any emails already received or any outgoing email.
We will notify you as soon as we have corrected the problem.

We've now fixed the problem which was an incorrectly updated entry in our MX records. Normal service should resume within the next 24-48 hours. |
